Looking at all the big lots in Seguin underuse, and the need for housing, especially for people who are into sustainability living, off grid lifestyle, we definitely need to have people who are wiling to subdivide and share the Extra Big Lots. Many people just hope to have an acre of land in the rural area rather than a 1000sq ft condo in the city.
